With the recent overturning of Roe v. Wade by the Supreme Court, Rights to reproductive healthcare are suddenly threatened. The healthcare systems can deny access to safe abortions. The justice system can deny fair hearings for victims of sexual assault. In 1991 attorney Anita Hill accused Clarence Thomas of sexual Harrassment at his Senate confirmation hearing to become a Supreme Court justice. She was grilled on live TV by a committee of fourteen white men, chaired by then Senator Joe Biden. Thomas is still a Supreme Court judge today. In 2018 Christine Blase-Ford accused Brett Kavanaugh, also a Supreme Court-nominated judge, of sexual assault. He is a Supreme Court Judge today.
